Delivery information
Orders confirmed before 2 pm on a working day are packed and sent the same day. Every jar is sealed, wrapped and boxed to prevent leaks.

You receive a tracking number on WhatsApp once your parcel has shipped. Royal jelly is sent with an ice pack, Monday to Wednesday only.
Returns & refunds
Because honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened jars. We will replace or refund your order if:
- a jar arrives broken or leaking
- you received the wrong product
- the seal is damaged on arrival
Send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund within 7 days.
Privacy notice
We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and your email if you join our newsletter.
- We never sell or share your details, except with the courier delivering your parcel.
- Your cart is stored only in your own browser.
- You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Orders and pricing
An order is confirmed once payment is received. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders keep the price you were quoted.
Product information
Honey is a natural product, so colour, texture and taste vary between harvests. Our products are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
